1. What shipping methods are available?

Currently we ship in the Netherlands with Post NL. For other European countries we ship with DHL. We offer DHL Economy (2-3 days, no insurance) and DHL Express (usually 24 hours, insured). Smaller packages that fit in the mailbox will be shipped with Post NL as well (for eligible countries).

2. What does shipping cost?

We offer several shipping methods, depending on the selected product. Due to the value of the Purpl Pro we ship it insured with DHL to make sure both seller and buyer are protected in case anything happens to the package while in transit. For our other items we use regular track and trace shipping.

3. What payment methods are accepted?

4. Do you offer any discounts or coupons?

From time to time we have promotions such as discounts or free shipping. Keep an eye out 🙂

5. Do you ship to my country?

Please check the drop down menu when asked for your billing details. If your country is not listed we currently cannot directly ship to you.

7. Why hasn’t my order shipped?

We aim to have a processing time of 24 hours on all orders. In some cases this can extend to 72 hours. If you have not received an email regarding your order, your order can still be processing without issue and will ship out as soon as possible. However, most orders are shipped out within 24 hours.

8. Do you ship internationally?

We currently sell to most European countries. When filling in your billing details, please check the drop down menu to see if your country is listed.

9. My order has not been delivered yet

Please keep in mind that international orders may experience unforeseen delays due to the delivery time frames and due to customs clearance processing times. Cannalytic.eu is not responsible for any duties or taxes due at customs. If your package is seized by customs due to your country’s importation laws, Cannalytic.eu will not be held responsible. Please be aware of your local importation laws prior to placing your international order.

10. What if my package is lost at the shipping carrier?

Please contact your shipping carrier to see if there is any information about the location of your package. Please contact your carrier and file a claim once the package has exceeded its shipping time frame. Once you have filed a claim, you can inform us of this issue with the claim number.

11. My shipping carrier has not updated my tracking

Some carriers can sometimes skip a step in the tracking update and update may not appear until the package arrived in the destination city. If you have not received your package by the end of your shipping time frame, please let us know.


12. Can I return an item?

We have a 30-day return policy. You can send us an e-mail us at [email protected] about any issues you may be having and we will try to get back to you within 24 hours.

13. Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Yes, return shipping costs and responsibility are for the customer.

14. What is your return policy?

When ordering at CANNALYTIC.EU, a cooling off period of 30 calendar days after delivery is applicable, unless explicitly excluded by CANNALYTIC.EU. The Customer has the right to return the goods delivered on the following conditions:
(i) the goods must not be used or damaged. The original package must be available and undamaged;
(ii) the goods must be in a state for re-selling by CANNALYTIC.EU;
(iii) after receipt of the returned goods by CANNALYTIC.EU, the order will be canceled. Any amount already paid by the Customer will be returned within 30 days of cancellation to the account of the Customer from the original payment.
(iv) cancellation of orders must be made in writing to CANNALYTIC.EU via [email protected]
